The run supports wellness, encourages participation from every age group, and aims to make fitness a joyful, shared experience.
Participants can choose from various race categories, including short kids’ fun runs, non-competitive walkathons and fun runs for families, as well as timed competitive runs for adults and serious runners.

Registration & Entry
• Participation is confirmed only after successful ticket purchase through the official registration partner (such as Indiaeve / designated ticketing site).
• Entry is non-transferable — you cannot transfer your registration to another person without organizer approval.
• Once registered, entry fees are generally non-refundable except by explicit announcement by the organizers.2. Age & Eligibility
• Participants must meet the age requirements applicable for each category (e.g., kids runs, walkathon, competitive runs).
• Kids categories (1 KM / 2 KM / 3 KM) may require parent/guardian supervision where applicable.
• All participants must be in good health and physically fit to run or walk.3. Event Conduct & Safety
• Participants must follow instructions from race marshals, volunteers, and medical teams on race day.
• Running on the designated course only — shortcuts or deviating from the route may lead to disqualification.
• Participants are responsible for using appropriate running gear and shoes.
• Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsafe conduct or lack of sportsmanship.4. Bib Numbers & Timing
• Bibs (race numbers) must be visible at all times during the race.
• For timed events, timing chips may be provided — timing will only be recorded if the chip is worn correctly.5. Medical Liability & Risk
• Participation is at your own risk — organizers provide basic medical support but are not liable for personal injury or loss.
• By participating, you agree that the organizers, sponsors, partners, and volunteers cannot be held legally responsible for injury, property loss, or damages resulting from race participation.6. Weather & Event Changes
• The event date, time, or route may be changed, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, regulatory requirements).
• Refunds or rescheduling policies in such cases will be determined solely by the organizers.7. Photography & Media Use
• By participating, you consent to the use of your image / race photos by the event organizers and partners for marketing, promotion, and editorial purposes.8. Awards & Prizes
• Prizes for competitive categories (fastest male/female in 5 KM and 10 KM, etc.) are awarded as per the official results announced on race day.
• Decisions by event officials regarding rankings and awards are final.9. Code of Conduct
• Participants must respect fellow runners, volunteers, event staff, and emergency personnel.
• Offensive behavior or violation of event norms can lead to disqualification with no refund.
Pet Event – Terms & Conditions

Leash is Mandatory
All pets must be on a secure leash at all times. No free roaming. -
Vaccination is Compulsory
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Carry proof if requested. -
Pet Parent Responsibility
Pet parents are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour and safety. -
Clean-Up Rule
Clean up after your pet immediately. Disposal bins will be provided. -
Aggressive Behaviour
Pets showing aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave for everyone’s safety. -
Health Condition
Unwell, injured, or female pets in heat are not allowed inside the venue. -
Hydration & Comfort
Ensure your pet is well hydrated and not stressed. Take breaks when needed. -
No Outside Food (If Applicable)
Outside pet food or treats may be restricted in certain activity zones. -
Activity Participation
Follow staff instructions during games, pools, contests, and stage activities. -
Respect the Community
Be kind to fellow pet parents, pets, vendors, and volunteers.
