KIMSHEALTH DBM 2026 stands for Desinganad Backwaters Marathon 2026, one of Kerala’s most scenic and fastest-growing marathon events held in Kollam.
The event is organized by the Soles of Kollam Runners Club with support from KIMSHEALTH. It is popularly known as Kerala’s “Monsoon Marathon” because it happens during the rainy season with beautiful backwater and coastal views.
