Dandiya Fever 9.0 returns for its 2026 edition as a multi-day Navratri celebration bringing together traditional Garba and Dandiya, contemporary music and festive entertainment. The event is scheduled for 16, 17 and 18 October 2026, with celebrations taking place across The Orchid Hotel, Balewadi; Mahalakshmi Lawns, Kharadi; and Amanora the Fern by Marriott, Magarpatta City, Pune. Gates are scheduled to open from approximately 5:00–5:30 PM, with the festivities continuing into the evening.
The celebration combines the traditional spirit of Navratri Garba and Dandiya with high-energy Bollywood tracks, Gujarati folk music and DJ sets. The event is designed to create a vibrant festive environment where attendees can dress in ethnic and traditional outfits, bring their Dandiya sticks and participate in energetic group dancing throughout the evening.
Beyond dancing, the festival experience includes live entertainment, performances, interactive games, food stalls, festive décor, fun zones and photo opportunities. The organiser also promotes competitions and audience activities such as Best Dandiya Performer, Best Garba Group, Couple Dance Competition, Family Dance Challenge, fashion and costume contests and lucky draws, with prizes and recognition planned for selected winners.
The event is designed to accommodate a broad audience, including families, children, couples, groups of friends, young professionals and solo attendees. Current event listings describe the celebration as family-friendly and open to all age groups, while tickets are required for children aged 5 years and above at the Orchid Hotel listing.
Music is a major part of the experience, with the event's artist lineup featuring multiple DJs associated with the celebration, including DJ Spinmaster Kaz, DJ Akhil Talreja, DJ Vaggy, DJ Regge, DJ Vispi, DJ Jigyesh and other performers. Their sets are intended to complement the traditional Garba and Dandiya experience with contemporary dance music and Bollywood entertainment.
The three-venue format gives attendees options across different parts of Pune. The Orchid Hotel in Balewadi, Mahalakshmi Lawns in Kharadi and Amanora the Fern by Marriott in Magarpatta City are each listed for the three-day celebration. Attendees should carefully check their selected ticket's venue and date before travelling, as ticket access may be venue-specific.
The organiser also highlights facilities and arrangements intended to support a comfortable festival experience, including security personnel, bouncers, parking facilities, managed entry and exit, medical assistance and emergency support. Parking is reported as limited and chargeable at the venues, so attendees are encouraged to plan their transportation in advance.
Whether attending to participate in traditional Garba, enjoy contemporary music, dress up for Navratri, spend time with family and friends or simply experience the festive atmosphere, Dandiya Fever 9.0 brings together music, dance, culture, food and social entertainment for a lively Navratri celebration in Pune.
