Kerala Travel Mart (KTM) 2026 is India's largest tourism and hospitality trade event dedicated to showcasing Kerala's tourism potential to the global travel industry. Organized by the Kerala Travel Mart Society with support from Kerala Tourism, the event serves as a major platform where tourism buyers, sellers, travel operators, hoteliers, destination managers, media representatives, and policymakers connect for business and networking.

egistration & Entry
Registration is an application and does not automatically guarantee participation.
The KTM selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
A clear photograph may be required for delegate badges and entry-pass generation.
Delegate Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Buyer delegates should be actively involved in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
For buyer registrations, the committee may limit participation to one buyer per organization.
Event Conduct
Delegates must comply with all instructions issued by KTM organizers and venue authorities.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants for misconduct, security concerns, or violation of event rules.
Delegate badges must be worn and produced upon request.
Schedule & Program Changes
KTM reserves the right to modify event schedules, seminar timings, speaker lineups, B2B meeting schedules, and venue arrangements if required.
Organizers may make operational changes without prior notice.
Photography & Media
By attending KTM, participants may be photographed or recorded for promotional, media, and documentation purposes.
KTM may use such photographs and videos in future marketing and publicity materials.
Family Members
For hosted buyer registrations, spouses and children are generally not permitted to attend the mart as delegates.
