Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable — once booked for a date, they can’t be changed or reused on another date.
E-tickets must be exchanged/verified at entry with a valid photo ID (if required).
One-time entry only per ticket. Re-entry on the same ticket generally isn’t allowed once you exit.
Tickets are valid only on the date printed on them.
🧒 Age/Height Rules
Child tickets are based on height (usually between 86 cm and 140 cm); children below ~86 cm often enter free.
If a child’s height proves above that range when checked, you may need to pay the standard ticket difference.
🎢 Ride Safety & Restrictions
Height & weight restrictions apply to certain rides to ensure safety.
Follow all safety instructions and ride operator directions.
🍽️ Food & Items
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and intoxicated persons are prohibited.
Prohibited items (weapons, fireworks, etc.) will be confiscated; search at the gate may occur.
👕 Dress Code
Specific dress rules apply, especially for water rides — for example, cotton clothing or denim is often not permitted in water areas.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.
Smoking and alcohol are banned inside the park.
Pets are not allowed.
The park may close or suspend attractions due to maintenance or weather without prior notice.
Locker facilities are available (optional, for valuables).

For special events, additional T&C may apply (e.g., no re-entry on event tickets, event timing restrictions, or safety rules for colour/foam areas). Always check the official event confirmation or park notice you get after booking.
Event organizers sometimes include a clause about not reselling or sharing tickets; violating that can lead to cancellation without refund.
