Key Details You Should Know Before Registering

    • Ensure you’re clear on the exact time (the listings vary) and convert to your time zone (India Standard Time) if you plan to attend.

    • Because it’s virtual, you’ll need a reliable internet connection and a quiet space.

    • Prepare your business profile: what you do, what you offer, how you might partner with H‑E‑B. Prior iterations asked for short videos or supplier intros

    • Even if you’re outside Texas, the “global” element suggests this might be relevant to broader opportunities—but verify eligibility and relevance for your region.

    • Look into whether the event is free or paid; many listings say “Free”.

    • Engage actively: the more prepared you are (questions, elevator pitch, value proposition) the more you’ll get out of it.
