Sean Roldan's Kodi Aruvi - Live in Concert

- Tickets once booked are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. 
- A booking/convenience fee may be applicable per ticket. Please verify the total payable amount before completing the payment. 
- Attendees are advised to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to facilitate smooth entry. 
- Any unauthorized resale or attempted resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Such tickets may be cancelled or confiscated without any refund or compensation. 
- Your ticket guarantees entry only to the selected pass category/zone. Seating will be available within that designated category. 
- No seat numbers will be assigned. Seating within each pass category is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
- Rights of admission are reserved by the Organizer. 
- Children aged 5 years and above must possess a valid ticket for entry. 
- The Organizer reserves the right to block or reserve certain seats in each category for operational/production, sponsor, VIP, media, or other event-related requirements. 
- An exclusive in-dining dinner experience is included only for Diamond Pass holders. 
- For all other pass categories, food and beverages will be available for purchase at designated stalls within the venue. 
- Entry will be permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket, which may be in the form of: 
- SMS confirmation, Printed ticket, or E-ticket displayed on a mobile device. 
- Entry will be granted only after successful QR code validation. 
- Attendees must carry a valid photo identification for verification upon request. Accepted IDs include Government-issued IDs, Educational Institution IDs, or Organization-issued IDs. 
- The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any person who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances. 
- Only mobile phones are permitted inside the venue. All other electronic recording devices are prohibited. 
- Professional cameras, video cameras, drones, GoPros, audio recorders, selfie sticks, and other recording equipment are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the 
- Organizer. Photography, videography, live streaming, audio recording, and any form of content capture during the performance are strictly prohibited due to television broadcast and intellectual property requirements. Security personnel are authorized to enforce this policy. 
- The Organizer and venue management shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought into the venue. 
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, chewing of paan, tobacco products, vaping, and the use of any prohibited substances are strictly prohibited within the venue premises. 
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, add to, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All attendees shall be bound by the latest version of the Terms & Conditions applicable on the date of the event.
