I prescribe meditation and not medication. This is not a lecture. It is an interactive discussion and guided practical session where I will teach the 11 steps of scientific meditation. I have a proven track record of treating hundreds of patients across India, the USA, Canada, and the UAE.

I will focus on reversing psychosomatic diseases such as anxiety, blood pressure issues, diabetes, asthma, insomnia, and phobias. Alongside meditation, I will share specific mantras, therapeutic pranayama, Yoga exercises, and therapeutic diet tips.

The language will be English and free of religious bias. This is for working people, including entrepreneurs and business owners aged 20 and above. They will be sitting comfortably in a chair.
