Rooted Rhythms is a monthly women’s movement circle at Thudippu, where we slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and explore emotions through movement.
Inspired by Dance Movement Therapy, the circle includes body awareness, gentle movement exploration, free rhythm and reflection.No prior dance experience is needed. This is not a performance space — it is a safe space to move, feel and explore at your own pace.
