    • Pets must remain on a leash, harness, or in a secure carrier within the venue.
    • The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or incident occurring during the event.
    • Entry may be denied or revoked without refund if rules are violated.
    • Photographs and videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes.
    • The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, activities, or terms if required for safety or operational reasons.

Pet Event – Terms & Conditions

  1. Leash is Mandatory
    All pets must be on a secure leash at all times. No free roaming.
  2. Vaccination is Compulsory
    Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Carry proof if requested.
  3. Pet Parent Responsibility
    Pet parents are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour and safety.
  4. Clean-Up Rule
    Clean up after your pet immediately. Disposal bins will be provided.
  5. Aggressive Behaviour
    Pets showing aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave for everyone’s safety.
  6. Health Condition
    Unwell, injured, or female pets in heat are not allowed inside the venue.
  7. Hydration & Comfort
    Ensure your pet is well hydrated and not stressed. Take breaks when needed.
  8. No Outside Food (If Applicable)
    Outside pet food or treats may be restricted in certain activity zones.
  9. Activity Participation
    Follow staff instructions during games, pools, contests, and stage activities.
  10. Respect the Community
    Be kind to fellow pet parents, pets, vendors, and volunteers.
