Malayala Manorama Paw Summit 2026 returned in 2026 to Nagambadam Ground, Kottayam, building on the success of earlier Paw Summit events in Kerala as one of the state’s most immersive celebrations for pet lovers and the broader animal care community.
Scheduled over 7–8 March 2026, the Summit brings together thousands of pet parents, industry professionals, groomers, breeders, and animal enthusiasts for two days of high-energy competitions and experiences tailored to all ages. Day one’s highlights included South India’s first mega grooming competition featuring 60+ participating dogs and groomers, along with the vibrant Paw Party and live entertainment by Sreerag Bharathan & Gandharvas Band, creating a fun, festival-like energy for attendees. Day two featured an Elite Championship Dog Show with 300+ dogs and continued access to the Exotic Pets Pavilion featuring rare animals and interactive displays, giving visitors rare up-close encounters with diverse species.
Beyond competitive showcases, the Paw Summit in Kottayam functions as a vibrant community hub and learning platform for everyone involved in pet care. With expert-led masterclasses for groomers, breed showcases, and opportunities to connect with fellow pet owners, the event bridges entertainment and education — spotlighting best practices in grooming, training, and responsible ownership. Interactive zones like the Exotic Park drew crowds to engage with curious animals throughout the weekend, while evening paw parties and social activities offered a laid-back setting for families to enjoy time with their pets. Celebrated as a must-attend destination on Kerala’s pet event calendar, the Summit strengthened the bond between pets and humans while elevating awareness about animal welfare, care, and the expanding pet ecosystem in India.
