OSHO Kundalini Meditation is an active evening meditation designed to help participants release physical and emotional tension accumulated throughout the day. The meditation combines movement, dance, and silence to encourage relaxation and self-awareness. It is traditionally practiced around sunset.Four Stages:
Shaking (15 minutes) – Allow the body to shake naturally to release stress.
Dancing (15 minutes) – Dance freely and let the body move spontaneously.
Sitting or Standing Silently (15 minutes) – Observe your thoughts and bodily sensations without reacting.
Lying Down in Silence (15 minutes) – Relax completely and remain still.Who Can Attend?
Beginners and experienced meditators.
Adults looking to reduce stress, improve mindfulness, and relax after work.
Suitable for anyone able to participate in gentle physical movement.What to Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing, Carry a water bottle, Avoid heavy meals immediately before the session.

- A health declaration/waiver may be required before participation, acknowledging that you are taking part at your own responsibility.
- The session is intended for meditation and personal well-being and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Mobile phones should be kept silent throughout the session to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Any instructions provided by the facilitator during the meditation should be followed for the safety and comfort of all participants.
