    “Naadan Shaap – Taste Trails” at Cassava Kitchen is a curated Kerala dining experience that highlights traditional naadan (local) cuisine, especially dishes inspired by Kerala shaap/toddy-shop style flavours, Syrian Christian recipes, and Moplah culinary heritage.

    This is not a regular menu meal — it’s a heritage-style tasting trail where Cassava presents Kerala food in a storytelling format.

    You can expect: Traditional Kerala shaap-style dishes, Regional recipes from Central Kerala, Travancore, and Malabar
    Slow-cooked curries using coconut, spices, and local techniques ,Authentic rustic presentation with modern fine-dining plating.
