Terms & Conditions
• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the attendee agrees to abide by all event rules, regulations, and venue policies.

• Entry to the event is permitted only with a valid ticket or registration confirmation.

• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee involved in misconduct, illegal activities, intoxication, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

• Event schedule, artist line-up, venue arrangements, seating, and timings are subject to change without prior notice.

• The organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure situations.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

• Photography and videography may be conducted during the event. By attending, attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness for promotional purposes.

• Outside food, beverages, weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited unless otherwise permitted.

• Re-entry policies, if applicable, will be determined by the organizer and venue management.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• All ticket sales are final.

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once a ticket has been purchased.

• Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded due to personal reasons, schedule changes, travel issues, or inability to attend.

• Artist changes, schedule modifications, or minor event alterations shall not qualify for any refund.

• Convenience charges, platform fees, processing fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

• Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
