Kochi Comic Con 2026 is the inaugural edition of Comic Con India in Kochi, bringing the country’s biggest pop-culture celebration to Kerala for the first time. It’s a fan-centric festival focused on comics, anime, gaming, cosplay, creators, collectibles, panels, performances and more — for fans of comics, manga, anime, games, movies, and pop culture.The event runs on 28 February and 1 March 2026 (Saturday & Sunday). Location: Adlux International Convention Center (AICC), Angamaly, Ernakulam District (Kochi).

Cosplay: Costumed fans show off characters from comics, anime, movies and games — plus cosplay competitions and meet-ups. Panels & Talks: Sessions with creators, artists, writers, and industry guests where fans can learn about comic creation, storytelling, careers in pop culture, and more. Gaming Zones: Interactive areas with the latest video games, tournaments, experiences and demos.

Merch & Shopping: Stalls with exclusive comics, collectibles, apparel, toys, posters and limited-edition items. Live Shows & Entertainment: Live performances, musical acts, stand-up comedy, and stage events to keep the energy high. Meet & Greets: Chances to interact with Indian and international guests/creators. Designed for comic fans, anime lovers, gamers, cosplayers, families and pop-culture enthusiasts. Tickets are required for ages 3 years & above (everyone attending needs a pass). The event typically runs from late morning (~11:00 AM) until evening on both days.

Expect a festival atmosphere with interactive zones, panels, games, prizes, performances and quirky photo ops — a full weekend celebration of geek and fan culture. Tickets are live and available exclusively via the District by Zomato app/portal you can choose single-day or two-day passes. Standard passes are priced around ₹2,299 (ticket prices can vary based on day and category).

Why It’s Big- Comic Con India is one of India’s largest pop-culture events, bringing creators, fans and communities together since 2011. The Kochi edition is the first time Kerala is hosting this festival, reflecting the strong local interest in comics, anime, cosplay and gaming. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable
• Each ticket is valid only for the selected day(s) (single-day or weekend pass as booked)
• All attendees aged 3 years and above require a ticket; children must be accompanied by an adult
• Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue, unless explicitly mentioned on the pass
• Security checks are mandatory; bags and persons may be checked at entry points
• Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, illegal substances, alcohol, outside food & beverages, drones, and professional recording equipment without permission
• Cosplay props must comply with safety rules; metal, sharp, heavy, or dangerous props are strictly not allowed
• The organizers reserve the right of admission and may deny entry or remove attendees for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund
• Attendees must follow venue rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines at all times
• Photography and videography will be conducted during the event; entry implies consent to be filmed or photographed for promotional use
• Event schedule, guest lineup, panels, and activities are subject to change without prior notice
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/bands will not be replaced
