  • K-ARNIVAL is a K-Pop themed youth cultural festival — the first of its kind in South India — blending Korean pop culture with vibrant local energy. It’s designed as a walk-through, multi-zone experience rather than a single stage show.Event Name: K-ARNIVAL
     Location: ST. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala, India
     Date: Saturday, 28 February 2026
     Time: Starts at 11:00 AM; runs for about 8 hours (till ~7:00–8:00 PM)
     Age Recommendation: Ages 8 yrs +
     Category: K-Pop + Youth Cultural Carnival

     Live Music & Stage Acts,  High-energy music performances, including a feature K-Pop band.
    Live music by Thakita Band (and possibly more). Interactive & Cultural Zones , Korean game zones, Seoul VR walk experience, Caricature spots , Korean calligraphy & nail art, Jamming and photobooth zones
    Food & Lifestyle : Food stalls with iconic brands and K-inspired flavours. Fashion showcases (STC fashion).
     Ticket Options:  There are a few types, depending on how you want to experience the event:General Entry – Full access to the carnival area + stage zone,   Platinum Grand Entry – Premium access + front-row stage viewing
    Group Ticket (General – 5-Persons) – Carnival + stage access (buy 4, get 1 free)
    Carnival Area Only – Access to games, stalls, interactive zones without stage concert entry
    Prices start from around ₹100 onwards (varies by ticket type.

    Carnival Area Entry Only

    Access to all carnival zones (games, food, experiences)
    Does not include concerts or stage performance access.

    ✔ Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue shown on the ticket.

    ✔ Entry may be refused if the organiser believes a visitor is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or carrying prohibited items.

    ✔ Prohibited items typically include food/drinks, flammables, illegal or hazardous substances, and heavy equipment.

     
    🚭 4. Prohibited Conduct
    ✔ The event is typically a drug-free event — anyone found with illegal substances may be evicted without refund and could face legal action.
    ✔ Disorderly or dangerous behaviour can also lead to removal without compensation.

     
    💰 5. Refunds & Cancellation
    ✔ Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once bought.
    ✔ If the organiser cancels the event, refunds may be issued for ticket cost (handling and convenience fees might not be refunded).
    ✔ Tickets that are tampered with may be considered invalid for entry.

Pet Event – Terms & Conditions

  1. Leash is Mandatory
    All pets must be on a secure leash at all times. No free roaming.
  2. Vaccination is Compulsory
    Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Carry proof if requested.
  3. Pet Parent Responsibility
    Pet parents are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour and safety.
  4. Clean-Up Rule
    Clean up after your pet immediately. Disposal bins will be provided.
  5. Aggressive Behaviour
    Pets showing aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave for everyone’s safety.
  6. Health Condition
    Unwell, injured, or female pets in heat are not allowed inside the venue.
  7. Hydration & Comfort
    Ensure your pet is well hydrated and not stressed. Take breaks when needed.
  8. No Outside Food (If Applicable)
    Outside pet food or treats may be restricted in certain activity zones.
  9. Activity Participation
    Follow staff instructions during games, pools, contests, and stage activities.
  10. Respect the Community
    Be kind to fellow pet parents, pets, vendors, and volunteers.
