K-ARNIVAL is a K-Pop themed youth cultural festival — the first of its kind in South India — blending Korean pop culture with vibrant local energy. It’s designed as a walk-through, multi-zone experience rather than a single stage show.Event Name: K-ARNIVAL

Time: Starts at 11:00 AM; runs for about 8 hours (till ~7:00–8:00 PM)

Live music by Thakita Band (and possibly more). Interactive & Cultural Zones , Korean game zones, Seoul VR walk experience, Caricature spots , Korean calligraphy & nail art, Jamming and photobooth zones
Food & Lifestyle : Food stalls with iconic brands and K-inspired flavours. Fashion showcases (STC fashion).

🧾 1. Acceptance & Acknowledgement
✔ By purchasing or using your ticket, you agree to the full Terms & Conditions of BookMyShow and the event organiser.

🎫 2. Ticket Usage
✔ Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue shown on the ticket.
✔ Your name and details must be filled correctly — organisers may verify at entry.
✔ Entry rights are at the sole discretion of the organiser.

✔ Entry may be refused if the organiser believes a visitor is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or carrying prohibited items.
✔ Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
✔ Prohibited items typically include food/drinks, flammables, illegal or hazardous substances, and heavy equipment.
🚭 4. Prohibited Conduct
✔ The event is typically a drug-free event — anyone found with illegal substances may be evicted without refund and could face legal action.
✔ Disorderly or dangerous behaviour can also lead to removal without compensation.
💰 5. Refunds & Cancellation
✔ Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once bought.
✔ If the organiser cancels the event, refunds may be issued for ticket cost (handling and convenience fees might not be refunded).
