1. Registration & Admission

• Registration is mandatory for all exhibitors, delegates, sponsors, and visitors.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel registrations without prior notice.

• Entry passes are non-transferable and must be displayed at all times.

2. Exhibitors

• Exhibitors must use allocated space only for showcasing approved products/services.

• Booth design, branding, and installation must comply with the organizer’s guidelines.

• Sharing or subletting booth space without approval is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Full payment must be received before booth allocation is confirmed.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to organizer policy.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations within [X days] of the Event.

4. Event Operations

• Exhibitors must adhere to set-up and dismantling schedules.

• Safety regulations, fire codes, and venue policies must be strictly followed.

• The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.
