    As part of the International Conference on Translational Neuroscience: Brain to Behaviour (ICTN 2026), the Centre for Neuroscience, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), in association with CENABH and the Ernakulam Press Club, is organizing an All-Kerala college Level Competition to inspire young minds to explore the fascinating world of the brain and neuroscience.

    The competition aims to promote scientific curiosity, creativity, and awareness of brain health among school students through a variety of engaging events, including Short Videos, Reels, Still Models, Posters, and Paintings.

    Participants are encouraged to express their ideas based on neuroscience-related themes such as healthy brain habits, sleep, sports and brain health, emotions and mental well-being, nutrition for brain function, neurodegeneration, and neurological disorders.

    📅 Registration & Submission: 16 July – 15 August 2026

    All participants will receive e-certificates, and winners will be recognized with attractive cash prizes. This initiative provides a unique platform for students to showcase their creativity while developing an interest in neuroscience and its relevance to everyday life.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Submission Period: 16 July 2026 – 15 August 2026 (Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.)

    Poster Specifications: Posters must be prepared in A0 size. Posters should be printed on cloth/fabric material. A PDF or high-resolution image of the poster must be uploaded through this form. The printed poster must also be submitted to the event venue either by direct submission, Registered Post, Speed Post, or courier.

    Painting Specifications: Paintings may be created on chart paper (any preferred color) or canvas. A PDF or high-resolution image of the painting must be uploaded through this form. The original painting must also be submitted to the event venue either by direct submission, Registered Post, Speed Post, or courier.

    Communication: All official communications regarding the competition, including registration confirmation, updates, and results, will be sent only to the email address provided during registration.

    Originality: All submitted entries must be original and should not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.

    Use of Entries: By participating, entrants grant the organizers permission to use the submitted entries for public awareness campaigns, educational activities, scientific outreach, conference exhibitions, promotional materials, print media, digital platforms, websites, and social media related to the International Conference on Translational Neuroscience: Brain to Behaviour (ICTN 2026), with appropriate acknowledgement wherever feasible.

    Printed certificates will be awarded to the First, Second, and Third prize winners in each category, while e-certificates will be provided to all eligible participants.  

    Decision of the Jury: The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding, and no correspondence regarding the results will be entertained.
