Grand Festac Lifestyle pop-up exhibition

1. Event Timings 
- Setup: Exhibitors must complete setup 1 hour before the event starts. 
- Exhibition Hours: [August 1&2 from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm] 
- Dismantling: Allowed only after official closing time. Early exit is not permitted. 
2. Products 
- Only lifestyle, fashion, home décor, beauty, wellness, and accessories brands are allowed. 
- Sale of counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly not allowed. 
- Exhibitors are responsible for MRP, billing, and quality of their products. 
3. Conduct- Exhibitors must maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all times. 
- Loud music, offensive material, or activities that disturb other exhibitors/visitors are not allowed. 
4. Liability 
- The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to goods, equipment, or personal belongings. 
- Exhibitors are advised to arrange their own insurance and security for valuable items. 
5. Marketing 
- General marketing and publicity will be done by the organizer through digital, print, and on-ground channels. 
- Exhibitors are encouraged to promote the event on their own platforms. 
6. Cancellation & Refund 
The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, amount will be refunded or adjusted to the next event. 
7. General 
The organizer reserves the right to change venue, date, or layout if required.- The decision of the organizer will be final in all matters.
