The Full Moon Purification, Meditation & Sound Journey is a holistic wellness experience designed to help you pause, release, and realign under the powerful energy of the full moon This guided session combines purification practices, mindful meditation, and healing sound vibrations to gently clear emotional and energetic blocks.
As the full moon symbolizes completion and release, the program focuses on letting go of stress, negative thoughts, and emotional heaviness while inviting clarity, calm, and inner balance.
Participants will be guided through intention setting and meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing sound journey using therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations work on a cellular level, encouraging deep relaxation, mental stillness, and emotional renewal.
