FIT INDIA BENGALURU RUN 2026

Participation Rules 
• Participants must be medically fit to take part. 
• By registering, you confirm that you are physically capable of completing your chosen distance.

Event Rules 
• Bib number must be worn visibly throughout the race. 
• Follow the instructions of race officials, volunteers, and organizers. 
• Misconduct or violation of event rules may result in disqualification.

Safety & Responsibility 
• Basic first-aid and ambulance services will be available. 
• Participants take part entirely at their own risk. 
• The organizers are not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage during the event. 

Media Consent 
By participating, you grant permission to the organizers to use photographs and videos captured during the event for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation. 

Event Changes 
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, timing, venue, route, or race format due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or government regulations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy 
 No Refund Policy 
• All registrations are final and non-refundable. 
• No refunds will be provided for personal cancellations, medical reasons, postponement, or rescheduling.

Transfer Policy 
• Registrations are non-transferable. 
• Category changes may be permitted only before the announced deadline and subject to organizer approval.

Event Cancellation 
• If required due to unavoidable circumstances, the event may be postponed, rescheduled, or converted into a virtual run. 
• No monetary refund will be issued. 

Waiver Statement 
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree that: 
• You are physically fit and adequately trained. 
• You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation. 
• You release and waive all claims against Vincera Sports, event organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and associated agencies.
