Step into the fascinating world of feelings at Emotions Lab – an immersive, hands-on workshop where children discover the power of understanding and expressing emotions through play, creativity, and meaningful experiences.

Hosted at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), Emotions Lab is designed to nurture emotional intelligence in children by combining storytelling, movement, games, role-play, art, and collaborative activities in a fun and engaging environment.

Every emotion tells a story. Whether it's joy, excitement, fear, anger, sadness, or surprise, children will learn that all emotions are natural and important. Through thoughtfully curated activities, participants will explore how emotions influence their thoughts, choices, relationships, and everyday experiences while building practical skills to express themselves with confidence and empathy.

The workshop encourages children to identify and understand their feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, communicate effectively, and build stronger social connections.
