Entry to events and programmes in Kochi is subject to valid tickets, passes, or registrations, wherever applicable. Attendees are advised to arrive well before the scheduled start time, as late entry may be restricted depending on the nature of the event. Event schedules, artist line-ups, speakers, venues, and timings are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers without prior notice.
Photography, videography, and audio recording may be restricted or prohibited at certain events unless explicitly permitted. Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during performances, talks, or interactive sessions. Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Tickets once purchased are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. Organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Entry may be denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or violating venue policies. By attending any event, participants agree to comply with the venue rules, organizer instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Leash is Mandatory
All pets must be on a secure leash at all times. No free roaming. -
Vaccination is Compulsory
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Carry proof if requested. -
Pet Parent Responsibility
Pet parents are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour and safety. -
Clean-Up Rule
Clean up after your pet immediately. Disposal bins will be provided. -
Aggressive Behaviour
Pets showing aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave for everyone’s safety. -
Health Condition
Unwell, injured, or female pets in heat are not allowed inside the venue. -
Hydration & Comfort
Ensure your pet is well hydrated and not stressed. Take breaks when needed. -
No Outside Food (If Applicable)
Outside pet food or treats may be restricted in certain activity zones. -
Activity Participation
Follow staff instructions during games, pools, contests, and stage activities. -
Respect the Community
Be kind to fellow pet parents, pets, vendors, and volunteers.
