BAKE EXPO is the dedicated B2B trade exhibition for the bakery, confectionery, food technology, ingredients, packaging and HoReCa industries — organised by Bakers Association Kerala (BAKE), the founding body behind the Indian Bakers Federation, the national body representing MSME bakers across India.
BAKE EXPO 2026 is India's dedicated bakery, confectionery, food processing, packaging, and HoReCa trade exhibition. It brings together bakery owners, food entrepreneurs, chefs, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers from across India.

What began with 102 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors in 2017 has grown to 700 exhibitors and 21,000+ verified trade visitors in 2025 — and BAKE EXPO 2026 is set to be the largest and most impactful edition yet.

- The organizers have not published a standalone Terms & Conditions document, but the official event guidelines specify the following: General Entry
9 & 10 October: Entry is restricted to pre-registered trade visitors only (bakery owners, chefs, distributors, retailers, hoteliers, food entrepreneurs, and purchase decision-makers).
11 October: Open to the general public through a visitor pass/ticket as announced by the organizers. - Registration
- Trade visitors must complete pre-registration before attending.
- BAKE members will receive personalized invitations.
- Entry may be denied if registration details cannot be verified.
- Exhibitor Guidelines
- Exhibitors must occupy only their allotted stall space.
- Stall setup and displays must comply with organizer instructions.
- The organizer reserves the right to approve or reject exhibits that do not meet event standards.
- Visitor Conduct
- Visitors must wear their event badge/pass while inside the exhibition.
- Respect exhibitors, staff, and other visitors.
Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without compensation.
