The 11th Tamil Nadu International Balloon Festival 2026 is set to transform the skies of Coimbatore into a canvas of vibrant colours and artistic wonder from 15–18 January 2026 at the Jallikattu Grounds, L&T Bypass Road.
Celebrated as one of South India’s most awe-inspiring outdoor spectacles, this four-day carnival brings together hot air balloons from around the globe — from majestic traditional envelopes to whimsical special-shaped balloons in eye-catching designs that delight both young and old. Against the backdrop of Coimbatore’s scenic evenings, visitors can witness the breathtaking balloon displays and limited tethered balloon rides that rise up to 60–80 feet high, offering unforgettable photo opportunities and magical views of the sky above.
