Symsac X -International Symposium on Spices will be held at Kochi on the 6th - 9th of May 2020.
SYMSAC is the acronym for spice symposia being organized by the Indian Society for Spices. The tenth in the series will be an international one with the theme 'Spices as Flavors, Fragrances & Functional Foods' which will be held in Kochi during 6-9 May 2020.
It will bring together the world’s leading spices scientists and other stakeholders for a one-of-a-kind program that will set the stage for true innovations in this sector.
