CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of requests for product/service cancellations, Indiaeve reserves the right to accept or reject requests for business cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You may please send the request to cancel through mail within 24 hours from booking time or 24 hours before the event date and time whichever is applicable at the time of cancellation. Indiaeve will not be able to cancel projects that have already been into action.

You agree not to dispute the decision made by Indiaeve and accept Indiaeve's decision regarding the cancellation. On sending the request for cancellation, Indiaeve admin team will verify the details and take necessary steps and proceedings for cancellation. Cancellation will be accepted only when the request for cancellation is send from the registered mail id of the user Indiaeve is not responsible for cancellation of an event by organisers.

REFUND POLICY

  • If you need any refund for the product/ services, you need to send mail to info@indiaeve.com Admin team will verify the mail and decide whether to approve or reject the refund.
  • Transaction charges or other charges added during the payment will not be refunded.
  • The refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after it is initiated by Indiaeve.
  • The refund policy of Indiaeve adheres to the special refund policy of the event organisers also.
  • The refund requests send from the registered mail id of the user only will be accepted by Indiaeve.
  • The refund policies and other particularities of organizers other than that of Indiaeve policies will be automatically applicable to the users who have booked from Indiaeve.
